Greek Orthdox Church

An observational sketch of a Greek Orthodox Church near my house. I chose to sketch this church because of its simplistic, but intricate design. The entire façade and outside structure of the building is made of brick. I was interested in the ways that bricks were used to create pattern and texture on the walls of the building. This sketch took multiple sessions to complete.
